Consejos para practicar ciclismo en carretera

Sabemos que a muchos de vosotros os gusta el ciclismo, por eso queremos daros algunos consejos si vais a practicar este deporte por carretera.


- Sé todo lo visible que puedas, usa ropa de colores que destaquen sobre el paisaje y ponte siempre el casco.


- Intenta elegir carreteras con poco tráfico y arcén ancho. Tanto si hay como si no, es conveniente que dejes medio metro de distancia entre la línea de rodadura de la bicicleta y el límite de la carretera.


- Señaliza bien todas las maniobras que vayas a realizar. Si circulas por una zona de difícil adelantamiento procura indicar, haciendo señales con la mano izquierda al conductor que llevas a tu espalda, que puede hacer la maniobra con seguridad.


- Si la carretera tiene curvas pronunciadas y pendientes, has de estar atento al ruido de los automóviles ya que ellos seguramente no se habrán percatado de…
