Beautiful Cyclist Female Legs with Well Defined Muscles

Living in the Present in my World of Health

Michael Phelps Looking Good and Sexy

The guy can surely swim and can also model swimming trunks, looking good and sexy. I just hope he doesn´t start smoking pot like crazy again… or should he, since the marihuana topic is so in fashion now, some people might disagree with me, but it´s  all right, legalizing pot is better, smoking it…. oh well, that´s a topic for another post.

US Swimmer Michael Phelps 22 Olympic Medals Record

Michael Phelps, has a record of obtaining 18 Olympic gold medals, twice as many more as any other Olympian, in a career that stretches from Athens through Beijing and concludes with London, and a record 22 medals of all colors!
We can only hope that unlike Lance Armstrong’s retroactive humiliation, that no discoveries are made in the future regarding “collocated” stimulants, which detract from what has otherwise been a spectacular athletic lifetime achievement.

Bristish Female Cyclist Victoria Pendleton Wins Gold Medals on Olympic track Velodrome

I am extremely happy for Victoria Pendleton, my cyclists helmet goes out to her!

The 31-year-old Pendleton gave Britain its third gold medal in two days of competition on the super fast track, just moments after Ed Clancy, Geraint Thomas, Peter Kennaugh and Steven Burke won the team pursuit title in a world record time.

Great Britain’s Victoria Pendleton won the women’s keirin gold medal on day two of the Olympic track cycling program. Chinese rider Shuang Guo was second and Wai Sze Lee of Hong Kong won the bronze medal.

Bradley Wiggins Wins Individual Time Trial at the London Olympics

Following his historic Tour de France victory, Bradley Wiggins was the man to win the ITT today, and he just did it. He’s converted his individual pursuit speed and has had a phenomenal season.

Bradley Wiggins WINS GOLD at Individual Time Trial
London Olympic Games 2012 —Dra. Martha Castro

You couldn´t discount my other contender, Fabian Cancellara, probably the greatest time trialist who’s ever drawn breath and Froome, Froome on his day he’s very good. But Wiggins has prepared meticulously and he didn´t fail his loyal British compatriots.

Congrats, Bradley!

Women´s and Men´s Individual Time Trial at London Olympic Games

Get ready for the Individual Time Trials for women and men going on tomorrow. There will be 40 men cyclists and 25 women cyclists racing for the medals.

KRISTIN ARMSTRONG

Elite Men and Women cyclists will compete in the time trial Olympic events tomorrow. Starting at Hampton Court Palace, the men will cover a distance of 44KM while the women will cover 29KM. The women’s Time Trial sessions start at 12.30pm with the men’s trials starting at 2.15pm. Both groups will travel through the Ancient Market Place, past the Tourist Information Centre over Kingston Bridge on route back to the finish line at the end of Hampton Court Road. Unlike the road races that rely on the cyclist’s stamina, the time trials are all about speed. The cyclist who gets to the finish line the quickest will have Olympic victory.

In the Time Trial, athletes start at 90-second intervals and the one to complete the course in the fastest time is the winner.
