Rowan Atkinson Wins the Chariots of Fire Funniest Olympic Take in London

Rowan Atkinson, a well known British actor and comedian, not only in England but in the world, did a parody that was hilarious at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.

21:50: A cutaway again. Atkinson is now running with runners as a parody of the film Chariots of Fire. He falls behind the pack and races ahead on a car. As he appears to be slipping back into second place he trips his rival to win. He returns from his day dream and his berated by his conductor.

21:47: It gets weirder! Rowan Atkinson is playing the keyboard in a version of Vangelis’s Chariots of Fire. The Mr Bean actor appears to be in character as he texts on his mobile phone and plays the notes with an umbrella as he reaches for his backpack. He also blows his nose and chucks it at a member of the orchestra. Charming.
