Research In Motion Ltd Will Layoff Up to 6,000 Workers

Certainly RIMM shares are not looking so hot today, not even after the JP Morgan “take-over”; oh yes, I know, RIMM said they were “hiring” JP Morgan for financial advisory and for them to “assist in reviewing RIM’s business and financial performance”; allow me to laugh, most likely they will push for a sale and make tons of profit at the expense of the shareholder.

One source close to the company told Reuters the impending layoffs could hit as many as 6,000 people and affect RIM’s legal, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources divisions.
“The strategic question is: are you accelerating into a better future or shrinking to a niche operation,” said the source, who declined to be identified due to the sensitive nature of the job cuts.

The Deportation King President of United States of America Barack Hussein Obama

“IN TROUBLED TIMES, THE FEARFUL AND NAIVE ARE ALWAYS DRAWN TO CHARISMATIC RADICALS”

Obama administration is increasing the number of deportation agents by a staggering 25% in furtherance of the aggressive goal to deport as many people as humanly possible before the end of President Obama’s first term in office.

Obama holds the all-time deportation record for a sitting President, but like Barry Bonds, the Deportation King is going to put the record so far out of reach that historians will be forced to impose an asterisk.

ICE’s hiring efforts began on May 14 with the established goal of increasing the number of “fugitive operations teams” from 104 to 129. The plan is for each team to arrest 50 “criminal aliens” per month.

It should be noted that the Obama administration’s definition of “criminal aliens” includes asylum seekers who used fraudulent documentation to escape their country of persecution, and other individuals with no criminal records.

This latest move is clearly in response to what are now confirmed reports that the Obama administration fabricated claims that they have been targeting more “criminal” aliens for deportation.

Sunday Cycling Was Powerful I Was Trashed Today!

This year has been good so far. I have been putting a lot of kilometers and consistency. Last Sunday, 27 of May was powerful, full of energy and speed, but I think I over did it because even though I didn´t ride yesterday (Monday) my muscles didn´t have enough time to relax and today I felt totally trashed!

Monday I was a busy-bee all day, up and down, walking all day and carried lots of things, but I felt good until today when I woke up. I didn´t feel like I had a good night sleep, but I didn´t care and went out on my bike. At the 25 kilometer I was tired, at 28 it felt painful and wanted desperately call home for somebody to come to pick me up, but I composed myself and made it home, yes totally trashed

Fascism Dictatorship and Sheeple Monetary System Collapsing

The problem is the chain of obedience, it is true, but I do not fear it, for I am free of thought and sovereign by choice.

There are many problems in the world today that if I were to address them all I would have to write a book with thousands of pages. But one big and serious problem that needs to be mentioned is the chain of obedience, and how the majority of the people of the world have lost their individuality and their capacity of thinking for themselves.

It baffles me how even intelligent professionals who have doctorates, PhD’s, masters degrees, are just not capable to analyze the financial and geopolitical situation of the world without taking sides and become ferociously stupid defending ideas that have been planted in their subconscious mind since childhood, and the worst of all is that they do not realize that they are supporting a system that is enslaving them.

If these people with doctorates and high degrees in universities do not have the intelligence to understand the root of the problem that is destroying our society today, what can we expect from future generations who are currently being tought by us, the ones with the PhD´s?

We all need to come together to the realization that the current system is collapsing and that, as bad as it may sound, that could be a great thing. I crave for independence and freedom for me and for all, and the monetary scheme collapse will bring sovereignty to all if we just understand it and act independently. How you might ask, easy, stop supporting the system, live within your means and think for yourself.

The problem is the chain of obedience, it is true, but I do not fear it, for I am free of thought and sovereign by choice.

Tony Martin Wins Tour of Belgium 2012

Tony Martin is an extraordinary cyclist, made of iron, from head to toe, from inside and out. Tony Martin was hit by a car in training last month of April, suffered several facial fractures and lost consciousness after impact. Tony was diagnosed with a fracture on his cheek bone and now he is the absolute winner of the Tour of Belgium 2012.

The win was a confidence boost for the Tour de France stage winner who is preparing for another assault on cycling’s biggest Grand Tour with his new team after transferring from the now defunct HTC-Highroad at the end of last season.

Tony Martin Win the Tour of Belgium 2012

“I knew the day would be tough with all those hills. The team worked hard but when Barredo was gone and I was along, I was lucky enough to get a little help form my friend Griepel. That’s what friends are for.” He told reporters.

“The whole stage was pretty hard, like expected,” Martin said according to his team. “The profile, I think it was 16 climbs, really hard climbs from the Ardennes Classics, so we knew it would be a hard stage. But we really had a strong team here. We controlled the race right from the beginning, and then in the final I took the risk to stay in front, so that the gap in front couldn’t get far away. It was really hard, but I have to say thank you to the whole team. The whole week they always protected me. I am happy for this team that we could win this race here.”

“It was an important race for me. I didn’t have a win yet. I had some physical problems due to the crash, and it takes always a while to get with a new team and get used to everything, but I think we are now in a really good way. It’s important to get confidence for the future.” He heads next to the Critérium du Dauphiné as next step, in preparation for the Tour de France.“

The San Diego Unified School District Board of Education will layoff 1,534 Workers

John Williams is a well renown and respected international economist, who has been analyzing the REAL statistics about unemployment, GDP an other numbers that provide us with accurate information, not like the ones coming from the governments of the world. So, if you consider yourself intelligent and sovereign, read his statistics; you don´t need to buy his news letter (I don´t), just Google his name, find videos where he has given interviews, LISTEN to him and make your own conclusions.

The San Diego Unified School District Board of Education approved 1,534 teacher, nurse, and counselor layoffs Tuesday night, a move that could boost class sizes and leave roughly 20 percent of the district’s teaching force without a job next year.

The layoffs are designed to help stem a projected budget shortfall of $122 million in next year’s budget.

“We have to do so to stay afloat,” said Superintendent Bill Kowba Tuesday.

Tuesday’s vote is the official end to a process that began in March, but does little to indicate how many employees will actually be out of a job next school year.

A “few hundred” teachers and certified employees who received notices will return next year simply because of staff vacancies, said Lamont Jackson, Chief Human Resources Officer.

“Even though I’ve been teaching nine years, I’m getting a layoff notice this year. My fourth one in five years,” said Dennis Schamp, a language arts teacher at Lewis Middle School.

Stem Cells and Spinal Cord Repair Research Programs Shut Down by Geron

The currents financial recession/depression has forced the Biotechnology firm Geron to discontinue its stem-cell research program and halt a pioneering clinical study in people with spinal-cord injury. This decision made many patients frustrated because they had tremendous hope that this laboratory study was going to help them in the future, but also affected many research workers for the firm who had to be let go.

Stem-Cells Biotechnology

For the past couple of decades, clinicians have watched the stem-cell field with a mixture of anticipation and skepticism. No group of patients has been more expectant than those with spinal cord injuries. Therapies for spinal cord injury have been promised almost since the dawning of the stem-cell field. The recent launch — and abrupt termination — of a phase 1 clinical trial for acute spinal cord injury by the biotechnology company Geron whetted the appetite, and then fueled the frustration, of these patients.
