Cooking Shrimp in Chipotle Cream Sauce


INGREDIENTES:

1 kg de Camarones
2 dientes de Ajo bien picados
4 cucharadas de mantequilla 1 cucharada de Aceite de oliva
2 cucharadas de conseme de Pollo o de pescado 250 gr de crema agria
4 cucharadas de salsa de chile chipotle.

PROCEDIMIENTO:

Se frien los camarones en la mantequilla, el ajo y el aceite de oliva hasta que esten cocidos, luego se mezcla aparte la crema de leche el consome de pollo o de pescado y la salsa de chile chipotle y se agregan al sarten con los camarones. Se baja el fuego y se deja hasta que suelte la crema suelte el hervor y listo! Se puede servir con una rica sopa de arroz blanco.
