5 Practical Ways to Exercise at Any Age


Did you know that by exercising at a conservative pace for merely 30 minutes, you would feel improved, mentally? Cycling, the Most Beautiful Sport in the World!


This is one of the most beautiful cycling videos I have ever watched. My favorite ones are those of Lance Armstrong in the Alpes, Jan Ulrich, “The Pirate” (Marco Pantani), Miguel Indurain and one the best…Eddie Mercks.

But this cycling video and the poetry recited in Spanish is just a piece of art. I wish you could understand what it says in Spanish, it is beautiful, but I translated it into English so you can understand the beauty in it. And I agree with the poem. Cycling is art, is victory, strength…cycling is what of the things in life that has made me a better human being.
